- Can you tell me more about the cemetery?

Samal Eternal Garden is the first international human and pet cemetery in the Philippines. We were founded by the Japanese and Filipino community in 2014. We were originally only a Pet cemetery. Due to the interest of the community, we became a resting place for both human and pets.
2. Where are you located?
Answer:
We are located at Purok 3, Brgy. Tagdalio, Samal District, Garden City of Samal Island, Davao Del Norte. Philippines.
LANDMARK: City Hall of IGACOS (Samal Island)
· Babak Port to City Hall is a 10km drive, a 20-minute drive
· Samal City Hall to SEG is 3km, a 10-minute drive
· Babak Port to SEG is a 30 minutes drive
OPERATION TIME: We are open from Monday to Saturday. From 8:00am – 5:00pm for accommodation

In-Ground Burial for Pet – Directly bury the body into the ground. As the most traditional burial choice, in-ground burial typically involves a memorial tribute:

- PALM TREE BURIAL FOR HUMAN ASH (Cremated only)
Palm tree burial – A grave that uses a palm tree as a symbol instead of a gravestone. Ashes are buried around a symbol tree.

- Memorial Lot has “Lot Title”?
Answer:
If you purchased a lot, once fully paid, you get perpetual ownership of the lot you bought. We cannot provide a land title because the ‘mother title’ is under our responsibilities. Besides, you are only buying a portion of the total land. You will be given a “certificate of ownership” instead. This is the official document that proves you are the owner of the said lot area. Written on it are your name and identification details, the lot number, area, and its lot location. You could keep it for yourself or your family for future use. Or set it aside as an investment that continues to grow in value every year. No annual fees, no capital gains tax should you opt to sell it years from now.

We will set a date to meet you up in any mall here in Davao.

You will set a schedule to go physically to the area.
