1.1 Samal Eternal Garden (hereafter referred to as “SEG”) is a serene and well-maintained memorial park on Samal Island, providing burial services for departed loved ones.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services and facilities offered by SEG. By engaging in any transaction or service with SEG, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

2.Reservation and Purchase

2.1 Lot Reservation: A reservation fee is required for securing a burial plot at SEG. The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be applied to the total purchase price.

2.2 Full Payment: The full payment for the chosen burial plot must be made within 30 days of the reservation date unless stated otherwise in the contract.

2.3 Instalment Plans: SEG may offer instalment plans for selected services. The agreed-upon instalment schedule will be outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of the contract.

3.Memorial Services and Gatherings

3.1 Event Booking: Families may book SEG facilities for memorial services or gatherings. Availability is subject to prior reservations and SEG approval.

3.2 Respectful Conduct: All attendees and guests must conduct themselves with respect and decorum during memorial services and gatherings held within the premises of SEG.

4.Burial Services

4.1 Interment Rights: The interment rights for burial plots are granted for the use of the deceased and their immediate family members.

4.2 Maintenance: SEG is responsible for the general maintenance of the memorial park, including groundskeeping and ensuring a clean and peaceful environment.

5.Memorialization and Personalization

5.1 Monument Guidelines: All headstones, markers, or memorials must adhere to SEG’s monument guidelines, which may include size limitations and material restrictions.

5.2 Inscriptions and Designs: Inscriptions and designs on headstones or markers are subject to approval by SEG to maintain the park’s aesthetics and uphold the memories of those laid to rest.

6.Regulations and Prohibitions

6.1 Conduct Restrictions: Disruptive behavior, vandalism, or any act that disturbs the peace within SEG premises is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Substance Restrictions: The consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or any activities that violate local laws are prohibited within the boundaries of SEG.

7.Privacy Policy

7.1 Data Collection: SEG collects personal information for service and reservation purposes. The information collected will be handled in accordance with SEG’s Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data Security: SEG maintains appropriate security measures to protect the personal data of clients and visitors.

8.Amendment and Updates

8.1 SEG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through the SEG website or direct communication channels.

9.Termination and Refunds

9.1 Instalment Payment Termination: In the case of instalment plans, if the client fails to make payments for a consecutive period of 90 days, SEG reserves the right to terminate the contract.

9.2 Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the terms outlined in the contract and SEG’s refund policy.
